Startup management
Most founders are good at product and customers. Everything else, capital, structure, governance and market, takes time they don't have and experience they haven't had a chance to build. That is the job we take on.
Six areas of delivery
Fundraising
The full equity round: valuation, subscription agreements, investor dialogue and execution. We also know the Norwegian public funding landscape, from Innovation Norway to SkatteFUNN and the Research Council.
Strategy and board work
Governance that fits the company's stage. We take board seats, build boards, and make sure strategy becomes decisions, not documents.
Commercial operations and GTM
Sales model, pricing and channels. Experience from building and running commercial organizations, not just advising them.
Corporate structure
Ownership structure, shareholder agreements, incentive models and vesting. The right structure early saves expensive clean-ups later.
Marketing and communication
Positioning, brand and visibility. A company that isn't seen doesn't get chosen, by customers or by investors.
Leadership development
Founders become leaders faster than they can learn the job. We develop the leaders as the company grows.
What working together looks like
We don't work in hours, we work in responsibility. The form follows the company: sometimes we join the board, sometimes we step into the operating business. Either way, we take a defined role over time, not a project on the side. We take on few companies at once, because the model requires us to stay close.
